How do I book a Service Call?

If you're having issues with your Cogeco service that we can’t resolve over the phone, we'll schedule a technician to visit your home for a Service Call. Please contact Technical Support to speak to an agent for troubleshooting and to book an appointment if needed.

Before contacting us, please consider the following:

  • Check to see if there’s a known outage in your area (see Residential or Business outages, or see here for more detail).
  • If the issue is with your Internet, or an Internet-related service like EPICO, try restarting your modem as this can often resolve the issue.
  • You can also restart TV equipment by power-cycling the box (unplugging the power for a few seconds and plugging it back in). For more options on troubleshooting your box, see one of the following articles for your service type:
