Cogeco’s network expansion project, also known as Operation High Speed, is a major expansion of our fibre-optic network to bring high-speed Internet service to more areas of Quebec. This will allow more residents to experience our fast and reliable Internet service, along with our TV and phone services.

To achieve this, we’re surveying and repairing the current infrastructure, such as overhead poles, redesigning the network plan, and laying more fibre-optic cable to connect our communities.

Once your area has been connected to our fibre network, you will have access to:

  • UltraFibre Internet with speeds of up to 1 Gbps
  • EPICO: our one-stop TV entertainment experience backed by powerful Wi-Fi technology
  • Home Phone service

The target completion date varies by area, based on estimated work required and contractual obligations (where applicable).

To track our progress and get more info, you can follow us on social media using the hashtag #OpérationHV, or fill out this form to be notified when service is available in your area (see here for more info).
