If one or more of your services has stopped working, it’s a good idea to check to see if you're being affected by an outage before you start troubleshooting or call Technical Support.
To check if there is on outage your area:
- Visit the Residential Outages or Business Outages page.
- Enter your postal code
- Select Check status.
If there’s an outage detected, you’ll be able to see the services impacted, an estimated resolution time and any details you need to know. If you don’t see these details, tap on the outage to expand it (see below). Rest assured, we'll have your services restored as soon as possible.
If there’s no outage listed or the outage is indicated as resolved, try resetting your modem or your receiver.
Good to know:
- You can reset your equipment directly through My Account.
- If we have a mobile phone number on your account, we’ll also send you text messages about outages in your area.
