If one or more of your services has stopped working, it’s a good idea to check to see if you're being affected by an outage before you start troubleshooting or call Technical Support. You can check for outages on our Outages and maintenance pages or on My Account. See below for steps.
Outages and maintenance page
- Visit the Residential Outages or Business Outages page.
- Enter your postal code
- Select Check status.
My Account
Log in to My Account and look for the Outages and maintenance widget on the main dashboard.
You can also reset your equipment on the Equipment page.
Outage details
If there’s an outage detected, you’ll be able to see the services impacted, an estimated resolution time and any details you need to know. If you don’t see these details, tap on the outage to expand it (see below). Rest assured, we'll have your services restored as soon as possible.
If there’s no outage listed or the outage is indicated as resolved, try resetting your modem or your receiver.
Good to know: If we have a mobile phone number on your account, we’ll also send you text messages about outages in your area.
