To reset your Cogeco modem:
- Unplug the power for a few seconds, or
- Insert a straightened paperclip, toothpick, or similar object into the “reset” or “reboot” hole located on the back of the modem. Press the paperclip in for 3 seconds, then release (holding longer may Factory Reset the modem).
- The modem will try to resynchronize with the Cogeco network, which can take up to 5 minutes.

Good to know: If your wireless network no longer appears after the modem comes online, you may have Factory Reset your modem by holding the reset button for too long so it is now using its default network name and password.
