What is My Account and what can I do with it in a browser?

Good to know: This article covers what you can do with My Account in a browser. Learn about what you can do with the My Account app.

My Account’s self-service options make it easy to securely manage, personalize and get the most out of your Cogeco services without having to call or visit a store. To access My Account in a browser, visit myaccount.cogeco.ca or look for the Log in link at the top of any page on cogeco.ca.

With My Account, you can:

  • Subscribe to eBilling
  • View and pay your bills
  • View and manage your individual services (see below for what you can do with your TV, Internet, and Phone services)

Managing your TV service on My Account

My Account makes managing your TV service easy. Select Services from the side menu, then select the TV tab to:

  • View your TV package and equipment information
  • Modify your channel selections (if you have a My Mix package)
  • Add or remove standalone channels and Premium packs
  • Upgrade your services
  • View a log of your Pay-Per-View and Cogeco On Demand purchases

Note: Business clients are able to view their services on My Account but cannot make changes.

Managing your Internet service on My Account

Here’s what you can do with your Internet service on My Account. Select Services from the side menu, then select the Internet tab to:

  • Track your daily Internet usage, as well as monthly usage totals
  • Upgrade your services
  • Download and install Cogeco Security or F-Secure services (available at no additional cost for Cogeco Internet customers)
  • Subscribe to and download Cogeco Security GO
  • Manage the email addresses in your profile

Note: Business clients are able to view their services on My Account but cannot make changes.

Managing your Phone service on My Account

To view details about your phone service through My Account, select Services from the side menu, then select the Phone tab. From there, you can:

  • View your plan details
  • View the details of all your long distance calls for the current and past 3 billing cycles

Good to know:

  • When you subscribe to Cogeco, we’ll create your My Account profile automatically and send you an email with a link to complete the registration.
