Where can I view messages/notifications from Cogeco in My Account?

You can view your messages/notifications from Cogeco in My Account in a browser or in the My Account app. My Account messages/notifications are separate from the ones we send over email.

Good to know: These are labeled as “Notifications” in a browser and “Messages” in the app but you’ll see the same content on either platform.

Viewing Notifications in a browser

  1. Open My Account and log in.
  2. On the main Dashboard page, select Hello [your name] at the top right.


  3. Select Notifications from the dropdown.

Note: Use the Filter by date dropdown to view notifications from up to 24 months ago.

Viewing Messages in the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the bell icon at the top right. You’ll see a blue dot if there’s an unread message.

Note: Use the Filter by date dropdown to view messages from up to 24 months ago.
