When you subscribe to Cogeco, you receive an email with a link (valid for a limited amount of time) to create your My Account profile.
If you cannot find this email or if it is no longer valid, please follow these steps. You will need:
- Your Cogeco account number (which can be found at the top of your bill)
- Your personal identification number (PIN). Your PIN is the 4-digit number you set up with a Cogeco customer service representative while booking your installation.
