How do I view and modify my channel selection?

You can view and modify your channel selections on My Account by following a few simple steps. It’s all covered below.

Good to know:

  • Business clients can view their channel selections on My Account but will need to contact us to make a change.
  • You must keep a channel for a minimum of 30 days before removing it from your selections.
  • The changes are made to your account immediately, so your newly added channels should be available within moments of submitting the order.

Viewing your channel selections on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)

  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Select your TV package.
  4. Select the arrow next to your monthly price.

Your current channel selections will be listed under your package.

Viewing and modifying your channel selections in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. On the main Dashboard, select Manage service next to your TV package.
  3. Select View or modify my channels from the dropdown. This will open the Your Package tab where you’ll see all of the channels available to select or add to your package with a checkmark next to your selected channels.
  4. Hover your cursor over a channel for options to add or remove a channel or view a description. If a channel is available à la carte, you’ll also see a button to add it for a fee.
    • Note: As you add or remove channels, the counter next to your package will update with how many are selected and available (e.g. 18/20).
  5. To switch to the premium and 4K channels available to add, select the Add-on channels tab.
  6. When you’re done making your selections, select Continue. This will open the Review page.
  7. Review your changes and then select Submit order.

Good to know:

  • If you have a grandfathered package, you can still view your channels and add new ones, but you’ll need to contact customer service to make changes to your existing channels.
  • Some channels can only be selected as a bundle or may count as 2 or more selections.
  • On the View or modify pages, you can use several filters at the top of the pages to help find a channel:
    • Select your package to view available channels, My selection to view your selected channels or Included to view channels that are included by default.
    • Select from the Categories and Language dropdowns or add a custom filter in the Type to search field.
    • Select the Unlocked, Counts as multiple or Extra Fee checkboxes to filter by availability.
