How do I recover my username and/or password to access My Account?

If you've already registered for My Account but you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, just follow the steps below.

Retrieving your My Account username

  1. Go to the My Account login page.
  2. Select Forgot username?
  3. Enter the same email address you used to create your My Account profile.
  4. You'll then receive an email containing your username.

Resetting your My Account password

  1. Go to the My Account login page.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Enter the username linked to your My Account profile.
  4. If this username is in our database, we'll send an email to the address associated with your account with a link to reset your password.
  5. Click on the link in the email, then enter a new customized password,
  6. Select Save to reset your password.

Good to know:

  • These same steps apply for any additional user profiles linked to your account (known as “sub-profiles”).
  • If the email address associated with your profile is no longer available, you'll need to contact us.
