If you've already registered for My Account but you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, just follow the steps below.
Retrieving your My Account username
- Go to the My Account login page.
- Select Forgot username?
- Enter the same email address you used to create your My Account profile.
- You'll then receive an email containing your username.
Resetting your My Account password
- Go to the My Account login page.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter the username linked to your My Account profile.
- If this username is in our database, we'll send an email to the address associated with your account with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link in the email, then enter a new customized password,
- Select Save to reset your password.
Good to know:
- These same steps apply for any additional user profiles linked to your account (known as “sub-profiles”).
- If the email address associated with your profile is no longer available, you'll need to contact us.
