There are 4 main ways to customize the channels you see in your EPICO guide:
- Subscribed: channels you’re subscribed to with Cogeco or currently on a free preview.
- Favourites: channels from the Favourites list for the current profile. Learn more about creating a customized Favourites list.
- Playable on this device: channels that are playable on the device in your current location.
- Additional filters: In addition to the main options under Filter by, you can also apply additional filters by Category (Movies, Sports, etc.), Quality (HD, 4K, etc.) and Language (not available on the EPICO 4K Cloud PVR).
See below for steps on how to apply filters on different device types:
Applying filters on your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR
- Open the Full Guide (press guide on your remote, then the right arrow).
- Press the settings ⚙ or OPTION button on your remote, or scroll to the filtering options at the top of the channel list.
- From Filter By, select Subscribed, Playable On This Device or Favourite Channels.
- To apply additional filters, select a Channel Type or Quality.
To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.
Applying filters in a browser
- From the main menu, select your profile name.
- Select My channels.
- Select View Guide.
- Select the Filter icon on the top right of the screen.
- From the filter list, select Subscribed, Playable On This Device or Favourite Channels.
- To apply additional filters, select a Category, Quality or Language.
To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.
Applying filters on a mobile device
- From the bottom menu, select Guide.
- Tap the Filter icon on the top right of the screen.
- From Filter By, select Subscribed, Playable on this device or Favourite channels.
- To apply additional filters, select a Category, Quality or Language.
To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.
Applying filters on a streaming device
- From the left menu, select Home.
- Select TV Guide from Live on my favorite channels.
- Press the Back button on your remote and select the Filter icon above the guide.
- From the filter list, select Subscribed or Favourite Channels.
- To apply additional filters, select a Category, Quality or Language.
- Select See Results to apply the selected filters (not required on all devices).
To remove the filter, follow the same steps and select All Channels.
