How do I set up a Favourite channels filter on EPICO?

With EPICO, you can create a customized list of your Favourite channels, so that you can easily filter your EPICO guide to only display the channels you like to watch.

See below for steps on how to create and modify a favourites list on different device types:

• Adding a channel to your Favourites channels list from the guide:
  • On an EPICO 4K Cloud PVR
  • On a mobile device
  • On a streaming device (e.g. Roku or Apple TV)

Creating a Favourite channels list on a streaming device

1. Select the profile icon from the left menu.
2. Select the pencil icon above your profile.
   • Note: Each profile can have its own Favourite Channels list.
3. Select Favourite channels.
4. Use the arrow buttons to highlight a channel and press OK on each one you want to add. Channels you’ve selected as favourites will have a check mark.
5. Press the Back button to return to the profile screen.
6. Select Save.

Creating a Favourite channels list in the EPICO app on a mobile device

1. Select the profile icon at the top of the Home screen.
2. Select your profile under Who’s watching.
3. Select Edit profiles.
4. Select the profile you want to add a Favourites list to.
5. Select Favourite channels.
6. Scroll through the list of channels and tap the ones you want to add. Channels on your list will be indicated with a check mark.
7. Select the back icon at the top left.
8. Select Save.

1. Press the Guide button twice on your remote or select View Guide under My channels.
2. Select Favourite Channels at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll through the list of channels and select the ones you want to add. Selected channels will have a solid heart icon.

1. Select Guide from the bottom menu.
2. Tap the channel logo on the left side of the grid for the channel you want to add. This will open the info for the program currently playing.
3. Tap the heart+ icon at the top right.

1. Select Home from the left menu.
2. Select TV Guide under Live on my favourite channels.
3. Open options for the channel you want to add.
   • Note: Accessing options will vary by device (e.g. long-press the OK/Select button or press *).
4. Select the heart icon to mark the channel as a favourite.
