How do I set up a Favourite channels filter on EPICO?

Before getting started: If you have TV with Cogeco but aren’t an EPICO subscriber, refer to our articles on setting up Favourites on our other platforms, including Digital TV and TiVo.

With EPICO, you can create a customized list of your Favourite channels, so that you can easily filter your EPICO guide to only display the channels you like to watch.

Once you’ve set your Favourites list, refer to our article on applying filters.

Creating a Favourites list on your EPICO 4K Box

1. On your remote, press GUIDE, then the right arrow to access the Full Guide.
2. Press Option on your remote, then select Favourite channels.
3. From the list of channels, press OK on your remote on each channel you wish to add to your Favourite list (a heart shape will be highlighted for confirmation).
4. When you’re done, press the Back button on your remote to return to the guide.

Creating a Favourites list on a tablet or from a browser

1. From the main menu, select your profile name.
2. Select My channels.
3. Select View Guide.
4. Select Favourite Channels on the top right of the screen.
5. From the list of channels, select the heart icon next to each channel you want to mark as a favourite.
6. When you’re done, select the back button at the top left to return to the guide.

Creating a Favourites list on a mobile phone

1. Select Guide from the bottom menu.
2. Select Favourite Channels.
3. From the list of channels, select the heart icon next to each channel you want to mark as a favourite.
4. When you’re done, select the back button at the top left to return to the guide.

Creating a Favourites list on a streaming device

1. Select Home from the left menu.
2. Select TV Guide under Live on my favorite channels.
3. Open options for the channel you want to add.
   
   • Note: Accessing options will vary by device (e.g. long-press the OK/Select button or press *).
4. Select the heart icon to mark the channel as a favourite.
