How do I create a profile and combine profiles on EPICO?

You can create up to 8 profiles for EPICO and each one will have a customized entertainment experience. You’ll be prompted to create a profile while you’re setting up your EPICO service. You can follow the steps below to add more profiles any time on different device types.

• EPICO 4K Cloud PVR or or computer (in a browser)
• Mobile device
• Streaming device (e.g. Roku or Apple TV)

Creating a profile on your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR or in a browser

1. From the main menu, select the profile icon located at the top right corner.
2. Select New profile.
3. Name the profile and select Continue.
4. Select a profile picture.
5. Decide if you want to allow profile personalization for a better experience (checked by default), then select Create Profile.

Good to know: On your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR, you can also select multiple profiles to see combined recommendations and continue shows you watch together.

Creating a profile on a mobile device

1. Select the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select the profile under Who’s watching.
3. Select New.
4. Name the profile.
5. Personalization will be selected by default. If you don’t want this enabled, change the option to No thanks.
6. Select Favourite channels to set up a personalized filter for the guide. This can also be done later from the guide.
7. Select a profile picture or use a photo from your device.
8. Select Create profile.

Creating a profile on a streaming device

1. Select the profile icon from the left menu.
2. Select the + icon.
3. Name the profile.
4. Personalization will be selected by default. If you don’t want this enabled, change the option to No thanks.
5. Select Favourite channels to set up a personalized filter for the guide. This can also be done later from the guide.
6. Select a profile image.
7. Select Create profile.
