What will I find in the personalized section of my EPICO profile?

When you set up EPICO, you’ll be asked to create a profile for yourself and each member of your family.

Your profile gives you access to a personalized home section in the EPICO main menu. See below for the personalized menus on different device types.

What you’ll find under your profile name on an EPICO 4K Cloud PVR or in a browser

Select your profile name from the main menu. You’ll see the following options in a submenu below your name:

  • My channels: a personalized feed of recommended channels, based on your viewing habits.
  • Recordings: access to your recordings on the cloud (shared across all profiles on your account).
  • Netflix: a feed of Netflix content, personalized to the last Netflix profile used (EPICO 4K Cloud PVR version only).
  • Most requested: a list of popular content to find something new.
  • In progress: a list of in-progress titles, which includes any movies you haven’t completed and any TV shows you’re currently watching.
  • My List: a collection of titles you’ve bookmarked to watch later.
  • Transactions: all the on-demand content you’ve rented or purchased (available across all profiles).

Good to know: On your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR, you can select more than one profile at the same time, and you’ll get recommendations of what to watch together, tailored to the combined profiles selected.

What you’ll find on the Home screen on a mobile device or on a streaming device

Select Home from the main menu to open the home screen. You’ll see the following options:

  • Live on my favorite channels: a list of titles playing live on your favourite channels.
  • Continue watching: a list of in-progress titles, which includes any movies you haven't completed and any TV shows you’re currently watching.
  • My List: a collection of titles you’ve bookmarked to watch later.
  • Most requested: a list of popular content to find something new.
  • Recommended for you: a personalized feed of recommended titles, based on your viewing habits.
  • Rented or purchased: all the on-demand and Pay-Per-View content you’ve rented or purchased (available across all profiles).

Good to know:

  • On the mobile app, these options are on the For you section of the Home screen.
  • On the mobile app, you can also access zones at the bottom of the Home screen (accessed from the main menu on other platforms). Learn more about zones on EPICO.
