How do I filter EPICO to only show channels I can watch on the device I’m currently using?

When you’re using the EPICO app, some channels and programs will only be available to watch while you’re on your home Wi-Fi network. You can easily hide the channels that you can’t watch from your current location by using a filter in the guide.

Filtering channels on a mobile device

1. From the bottom menu, select Guide.
2. Tap the Filter icon on the top right of the screen.
3. Select Filter By and then Playable on this device.

Applying filters on a streaming device

1. From the left menu, select Home.
2. Select TV Guide under Live on my favourite channels.
3. Press the Back button on your remote and select the Filter icon above the guide.
4. Select Filter By and then Playable on this device.

Filtering channels in a browser

1. From the main menu, select your profile name.
2. Select My channels.
3. Select View Guide.
4. Select the Filter icon on the top right of the screen.
5. Select Filter By and then Playable on this device.
