The fees below do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change from time to time.

| Technical assistance charge | Applied for a technical visit when it’s determined that the user was at fault (for example, poor service due to an unauthorized cable split) | $40 or $80 |
| Exterior work | Applied for work performed outside the premises, such as installing external equipment or repairing infrastructure. | $79.95 |
| Professional installation |
Applied for the installation of service by a technician. Note: On selected plans, when you complete your commitment period, you’ll see a Professional Installation Chargeback credit of $65. |
