Why are there both partial and regular charges on my bill?

If there have been any changes to your account during your billing period, this may result in having a combination of regular and partial (prorated) charges appearing on the same bill.

For example, if you subscribe to Internet and TV service, and upgrade your Internet partway through your billing cycle, your next bill would include:

  • A full month of TV services
  • A partial month of Internet at your old rate up until the day you changed it
  • A partial month of Internet at your new rate from the day you changed it to the end of your cycle
