You can view your current balance and details of your next bill in the My Account app or in a browser. Here’s how:
Viewing your balance on the app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select Billing.
The main page will show the due date and your current balance, adjusted with any recent payments, credits and one-time charges, such as On Demand rentals, which may not have appeared on your last bill.
Viewing your balance in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the side menu.
