How do I find out if my credit has been applied to my Cogeco account?

To see if a credit has been applied to your account, we recommend checking the first Cogeco bill you received after your credit after your credit was set to be applied. Please keep in mind that in some cases, there are approval processes on our end, which could delay the credit being applied to your account.

Checking for credits on My Account

As soon as your credit is processed, you’ll be able to see it listed on the Billing history page on My Account. Select Recent transactions from the dropdown and look for an “adjustment” transaction type.
