How can I see what my regular monthly rate will be once my offer period ends?

Once the offer period for a given service has ended, you’ll be charged the current regular monthly rate for that service.

To find out the regular monthly rate for your service, follow these steps:

Viewing rates on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Select a service to view your current monthly price.
  4. Select the arrow next to your monthly price to view a breakdown of charges, including the regular price and savings you are receiving.

Viewing rates in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Services from the side menu.
  3. Select Detailed services from the top menu.
  4. Select a service to view a breakdown of charges, including the regular price, your savings during the offer period and the date your offer period ends.
