Where can I find my account balance and when my next payment is due?

To find your account balance and see important information about your bill:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.

To find the date on which your payment is due, click on View next to the invoice in question. You can always view, download, and print your last 24 months of bills.

Good to know:

  • Your current account balance may include charges and payments that have been posted to your account since your last invoice, as well as any amount still due. Some of these fees may include usage charges, such as Pay Per View rentals, Internet overage charges or long distance minutes not included in your plan.
  • If you think you might need access to your bills for more than 24 months, we recommend downloading and saving them, or printing them directly from the PDFs.
