How do I delete a profile on EPICO?

You can delete one of your EPICO profiles through the profile menu (you’ll always have a Default profile even if all other profiles are deleted). See below for steps to do this on different device types.

• EPICO 4K Cloud PVR
• Mobile device
• Streaming device (e.g. Roku or Apple TV)
• Computer (in a browser)

Deleting a profile on your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR

1. From the list of profiles above the main menu, highlight the profile you want to delete.
2. Press the info button on your remote.
3. Select Delete profile and then Confirm.

Deleting a profile on a mobile device

1. Select the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select the profile under Who’s watching.
3. Select Edit profiles.
4. Select the profile you want to delete.
5. Select Delete profile and then Delete to confirm.

Deleting a profile on a streaming device

1. Select the profile icon from the left menu.
2. Select the pencil icon above the profile you want to delete.
3. Select Delete profile then Delete.

Deleting a profile in a browser

1. Select the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select the pencil icon next to the profile you want to delete.
3. Select Delete profile and then Confirm.
