As a Business Fibre client, how can I check my network status in My Account?

If you subscribe to Cogeco’s Business Fibre service, you'll have access to the Network page in My Account in a browser, allowing you to check your network status.

To do this, select Network from the left menu to view a list of all of your service locations, your Service Level Agreement status and your daily average bandwidth usage.


  • The Status column shows a real-time status of the network, with a green icon for “Up and Running”, a yellow icon for “Maintenance” or a red icon for “Unavailable.” If you see a red icon, our network team is already aware of the outage and is working on fixing it.
  • Service Level Agreement shows the percentage of time in the last 30 days that the network was available.
  • The Daily average bandwidth usage graph shows the daily average of downloads and uploads. To change Circuit IDs, select one from the dropdown above the graph.
