You don't need to be there personally, but someone 18 or older must be present for the technician’s visit.
- You or your delegate must be available for the entire time slot that you have chosen.
- The technician may ask for photo ID to prove that your delegate is 18 or older.
- The technician may also require permission from the property owner before drilling or making other alterations. Verbal confirmation that you have permission is fine. We don't require a written letter of permission.

Good to know:
- It's your responsibility to ensure that there is clear access to the cable outlets and to where you want any equipment installed.
- If you haven’t yet, you should also complete your registration for My Account. This is always helpful to manage your services and pay your bills, but it’s required for setting up EPICO and for managing your Wi-Fi network. Learn more about registering for My Account.
