If your appointment is in less than 24 hours or is for technical support, please call us:
- for a Service Call, contact Technical Support (see Residential or Business contacts)
- for an Installation, contact Customer Service (see Residential or Business contacts)
If your appointment is more than 24 away and is for an equipment or service installation, you can reschedule through My Account.
Rescheduling your appointment through My Account
- Log in to My Account in a browser.
- On the Dashboard, there will be an Upcoming installation appointment widget showing your pending appointment details.
- Select Reschedule.
- Choose from the available dates in the Select a date dropdown.
- Choose a time slot and add instructions if needed.
- Select Confirm your appointment.
- Confirm that all the information is correct then select Submit.
