You can always contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment, but you can also easily manage your appointments yourself on My Account. See below for appointment types you can manage on My Account.

Rescheduling your appointment through My Account
- Log in to My Account in a browser or open the app.
- On the Dashboard (browser) or Home screen (app) there will be an Upcoming installation appointment widget showing your pending appointment details.
- Select Reschedule.
- Choose from the available dates in the Select a date dropdown.
- Choose a time slot and add instructions if needed.
- Select Confirm your appointment.
- Confirm that all the information is correct then select Submit.

Cancelling your appointment through My Account
- Log in to My Account in a browser or open the app.
- On the Dashboard (browser) or Home screen (app), there will be an Upcoming installation appointment widget showing your pending appointment details.
- Select Cancel and confirm.

Rescheduling your appointment with an agent
If your appointment is in less than 24 hours or if you need to cancel an installation or change of service, please contact us:
- for an Installation, contact Customer Service (see Residential or Business contacts)
- for a Service Call, contact Technical Support (see Residential or Business contacts)
