How do I view and modify my channel selection?

You can view and modify your channel selections on My Account by following a few simple steps. It’s all covered below.

Good to know:

  • Business clients can view their channel selections on My Account but will need to contact us to make a change.
  • A selected channel must be kept for a minimum of 30 days before removing it from your selections.
  • The changes are made to your account immediately, so your newly added channels should be available within moments of receiving a confirmation.

Viewing your channel selections on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)

  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Select your TV package.
  4. Select the arrow next to your monthly price.

Your current channel selections will be listed under your My Mix package.

Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.

Viewing your channel selections in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Services from the side menu.
  3. Select TV from the top menu.
  4. Select View or modify my channels.

The Your Channels page will display all of the channels in your current package.

Modifying your Mix & Watch channels (only available in a browser)

Mix & Watch packages, such as My Mix 10 or My Mix 30, are completely customizable, so you can easily modify your channel selections. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Add a checkmark next to the channels you want included, and uncheck any channels you want removed. The total number of selected channels will update as you add and remove channels.
  2. Once you’re happy with your selections, select Save and continue.
  3. Modify your Premium Pack selections and select Continue, or select Skip this step.
  4. Review your choices and select Confirm.

Good to know:

  • Some channels can only be selected as a bundle, and count as 2 or more selected channels.x
  • If you're a former DERY/Axion customer who migrated to Cogeco, you can't modify your grandfathered services on My Account but you'll be able to modify your services once you change to a Cogeco package.

Adding or Modifying Premium and Standalone channels (only available in a browser)

You can easily add Premium packs and Standalone channels to any of our packages. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select Add-on Channels.
  2. On the Premium packs tab, click Select or Remove for the packages you want to modify. 
  3. On the Standalone channels, 4K Channels, or Premium Channels tabs, add or remove a checkmark for the channels you want to modify.
  4. Select Continue at the bottom of either tab.
  5. Review your choices and select Order.
