How do I modify my channel selection?

You can easily modify your channel selection on My Account. To add channels or Premium packs, follow these steps:

Good to know: A selected channel must be kept for a minimum of 30 days before removing it from your selections.

Don’t have a My Account profile yet? Create one today.

Modify your My Mix package channel lineup

With your My Mix package, you can easily select the channels you want included. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select TV.
  3. Select Add or modify channels.
  4. Add a checkmark next to the channels you want included, and uncheck any channels you want removed. The total number of selected channels will update as you add and remove channels.
  5. Once you’re happy with your selections, select Save and continue.
  6. Select Skip this step or modify your Premium Pack selections and select Continue.
  7. Review your choices and select Order.

The changes are made to your account immediately, so your newly added channels should be available within moments of receiving a confirmation.

Good to know: Some channels can only be selected as a bundle, and count as 2 or more selected channels.

Modify your Ready-to-Watch package channel lineup

You can easily add standalone channels and Premium Packs to your channel lineup. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select TV.
  3. Select Add or modify channels.
  4. Select View Premium packs.
  5. Select the Premium Packs and standalone channels you want to add or remove.
  6. Once you’re happy with your selections, select Continue.
  7. Review your choices and select Order.

The changes are made to your account immediately, so your newly added channels should be available within moments of receiving a confirmation.
