Here's how to manage your profile and preferences through My Account:
- Log into My Account.
- Select the Hello [your name] button at the top right.
- Select Contact or Sub-Profiles.
Don’t have a My Account profile yet? Create one today.
What you can do in the Contact tab
- Modify your username.
- Update your preferred email address.
- Modify your mailing address.
- View your account number.
Good to know:
- This email address is only for contacts such as marketing information.
- To change the email address your bills are sent to, please refer to How do I change my email address on record for eBilling?
- To change the email address your Internet usage notifications are sent to, please contact Customer Service (see Residential or Business contacts).
What you can do in the Password tab
- Change your My Account password
What you can do in the Sub-Profiles tab
- Create sub-profiles for trusted users.
Good to know: Sub-profiles allow additional users to manage your Cogeco email addresses and sign into EPICO.
What you can do in the Moving tab
- Let us know you're moving by providing your new address and your moving date.
- An agent will contact you to complete the arrangements.
