What options do I have for paying my bill?

You can pay your Cogeco bill whichever way is most convenient for you:

  1. Online via My Account
  2. Over the phone
  3. At your bank
  4. By signing up for pre-authorized monthly payments
  5. Through the mail

Below you’ll find more detailed information about your payment options.

Pay online with a major credit card

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the main menu.
  3. Select Pay my bill. From there, simply follow the onscreen instructions.

Note that payments made in this way are posted to your Cogeco account in about 1 calendar day.

Use your financial institution’s online or telephone banking system

Note that payments made in this way are posted to your Cogeco account in about 3-4 business days.

Use your financial institution’s ATM, or pay in person with a bank teller

Note that payments made in this way are posted to your Cogeco account in about 7-10 business days.

Sign up for pre-authorized monthly payments from a major credit card or your bank account

Here's how:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the main menu.
  3. Select Manage my pre-authorized payments and follow the onscreen instructions.

Send a cheque or money order by mail

Note that payments made this way are posted to your Cogeco account in about 5-10 business days. This method is not recommended as missing payments will not be traceable. See below for payment addresses for each province.
