What options do I have for paying my bill?

You can pay your Cogeco bills whichever way is most convenient for you. Select an option below for more details.

Sign up for pre-authorized monthly payments

You can sign up for pre-authorized payments through My Account on the app or in a browser. Learn more.

Pay by credit card on My Account

You can make a direct payment by credit card through My Account on the app or in a browser. Payments through My Account will be posted to your Cogeco account in 1 calendar day. Learn more.

Use online or telephone banking

You can pay through your financial institution’s online or telephone banking system. Payments made through online or telephone banking will be posted to your Cogeco account in 3 to 4 business days.

Go to a financial institution

You can pay directly at your financial institution’s ATM or in person with a teller. Payments made directly at the bank will be posted to your Cogeco account in 7 to 10 days.

Send a payment through the mail

You can mail a cheque or money order to Cogeco using the addresses below. Payments sent in the mail will be posted to your Cogeco account in 5 to 10 business days. This method is not recommended as payments will not be traceable.

Note: This method is only available to Residential customers.
