You can pay your bills with a credit card on the My Account app or in a browser. Here's how:
Paying your bill on the My Account app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Billing tab.
- Under Make a payment, select Current balance or Other amount.
- Note: You won't see the Make a payment section if you are signed up for pre-authorized payments or have a $0 balance.
- Select Pay now.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Paying your bill in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the left menu.
- Select Pay my bill.
If you don’t have a My Account profile yet, register here.
Good to know: Payments made through My Account are typically posted to your Cogeco account within 1 business day.
