Residential customers can set up pre-authorized payments using a credit card or a bank account on the My Account app or in a browser. To do so, follow these steps:
Setting up pre-authorized payments on the app
- Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select Pre-authorized payments.
- From there, simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Setting up pre-authorized payments in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the side menu.
- Select Pre-authorized payments from the top menu.
- From there, simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Good to know:
- Business clients can set up pre-authorized payments by contacting us.
- To cancel pre-authorized payments, contact us to speak with a local rep.
- If you’re a Residential customer, contact us here.
