How do I set up and manage pre-authorized payments?

Residential customers can set up pre-authorized payments using a credit card or a bank account on the My Account app or in a browser. To do so, follow these steps:

Setting up pre-authorized payments on the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)

  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Pre-authorized payments.
  4. From there, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Setting up pre-authorized payments in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.
  3. Select Pre-authorized payments from the top menu.
  4. From there, simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Good to know:

  • Business clients can set up pre-authorized payments by contacting us.
  • To cancel pre-authorized payments, contact us to speak with a local rep.
