What do I do if I didn't pay my previous bill and now have "Previous Month Charges"?

In the Account Summary on your bill you’ll always see a Previous Month Charges section, which includes your previous balance, payments, and the remaining due. If there’s a leftover balance under Previous month subtotal, you should make your full payment through My Account (on the app or in a browser) or through your financial institution’s online or telephone banking system as soon as possible.

If you’re making a late payment through My Account, there’s no need to report it to Cogeco, as payments made in this way are posted to your account within 1 business day.

However, if you’re making a late payment using another method, please call our credit department at 1-866-232-9017 to report your payment date, method and amount. Here are our Ontario credit department’s hours of operation:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday and holidays: closed
