How do I pay my bill online through My Account?

You can pay your bills with a credit card on the My Account app or in a browser. Here's how:

Paying your bill on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Under Make a payment, select Current balance or Other amount.
    • Note: You won't see the Make a payment section if you're signed up for pre-authorized payments or have a $0 balance.
  4. Select Pay now.

Paying your bill in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the left menu.
  3. Select Pay my bill.

If you don’t have a My Account profile yet, register here.

Good to know: Payments made through My Account are typically posted to your Cogeco account within 1 business day.
