You can change your billing address through My Account on the app or in a browser. Here’s how:
Changing your billing address on the app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select Personal information.
- Select Edit next to Billing address.
- Enter your new address, then select Update now.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Changing your billing address in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Account settings from the side menu.
- Select the pencil icon next to Billing address.
- Enter your new address, then select Submit.
