Why did I stop receiving paper bills in the mail?

Cogeco is going paperless and moving our customers to our eBilling system, which means you’ll get your bill faster, while reducing paper waste. If you have a contact email address on file, we’ve stopped sending you paper bills in the mail and you’ll get a notification when your bill is ready to view in My Account instead. This way, you’ll never miss a bill, you’ll be able to view your bills earlier, and you’ll have easy access to your last 24 bills in My Account.

If you’d like us to send your bill notifications to a different email address, you can update your eBilling address in My Account. If you prefer to get paper bills in the mail and you qualify, you can unsubscribe from eBilling.
