What can I do if there's an error with my account information?

Some account information can be corrected directly through My Account and some will require you to speak with us. See below for options.

  • Correcting your name, phone number or service address:
  • Correcting your email address or billing address:
    • Update on the My Account app (Settings > Personal information)
    • Update on My Account in a browser (Account Settings > Contact)
    • Contact customer service
