To reduce waste and save you time, we now only ask you to return equipment if it can be re-used. If you have older equipment, we’ll ask you to recycle it instead. When you disconnect or change your service and no longer need the equipment, the agent will let you know if it needs to be returned.
Identifying Your Equipment
If you have multiple receivers and aren’t sure which one to return, the agent will let you know which model and also provide a serial number. You can then check the serial number on the barcode sticker on the bottom or back of the equipment to make sure it’s the right one.
The following equipment models must be returned:
- Managed Wi-Fi router: HT802
