Tracking through email or SMS
If you're a Residential customer and have a contact email address or mobile phone number on your Cogeco account, we'll send your tracking number by email or SMS message.
- To add or modify your contact email address, go to the Profile Settings page on My Account. Learn more about updating contact info.

Tracking through My Account
You can also track your shipment through My Account. After you log in, you’ll see a Tracking Your Order widget on the main dashboard.
Note: If you do not have your tracking information, or your expected delivery date has passed, please contact customer service.
