When it comes to getting your Cogeco services up and running, you may be able to install them yourself, or we can install them for you.
Self-installation
If you’re installing your services yourself, we’ll send you a Self-Install Kit containing all the equipment you’ll need, as well as any cables and instructions. Instructional videos and step-by-step guides are available on the Cogeco website.
Professional installation
If we’re installing your services, a technician will come to your home or business to connect everything, and that includes configuring your service for all the outlets that will be used. The technician will make sure you know how to use your new service as well as its key features.
