We include Worry Free Data on every plan by default so you never have to deal with unexpected overage charges. If you hit your limit, we’ll simply pause your data to keep your costs exactly where you expect them.
Note: If you’ve chosen to opt out of this protection via Mobile My Account, additional data is billed at $0.10/MB.
To check your data settings and reapply Worry Free Data if you don't want to be charged, follow these steps:
- Log in to Mobile My Account.
- On the main Home page, select Details under Plan Features.
- Check for Worry Free Data under Roaming Device Protection Limit.
- If you don’t see Worry Free Data and want to change your roaming protection, select Update Now at the top of the list of features.
- Select the option for Worry Free Data.
- Select Submit.
Note: If you have multiple phone lines, the protection settings can be different on each one. To check other lines, select Lines from the top menu and select View Details next to the one you want to view. This will return you to the Home screen where you can follow the steps above.
