If you’re out of the country and your mobile service isn’t working, here are some things to try:
- Make sure roaming is enabled in your phone’s settings. This is required for your phone to work outside of Canada.
- Restart your device to refresh your network connection.
- Verify that your account is in good standing and hasn’t been suspended for any reason.
- If your phone doesn’t automatically connect to a local network, try selecting one manually in your phone’s network settings.
