Why can’t I find my show in a search even though I know it’s on?

The TiVo® boxes use your Channel List to search for shows. so if a channel is not selected in the list it will not appear in your guide or search results even if you subscribe to it. Follow these steps to verify that the channel your show is on is selected:

  1. Go to TiVo Central.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Channel Settings.
  5. Select Channel List.
  6. Scroll down to the channel and verify that it has a checkmark next to it (if not, press Select).
