The channel banner and the Live TV Guide display the message “To Be Announced” if the programming provider has not provided any information about a program to TiVo®. If you see this message on only a few channels, rest assured that the information will be added when it becomes available.
However, If you see this message on all the channels, you need to take steps to initiate a connection to TiVo service to download the latest programming information. Here’s how:
- Press the TiVo button on your remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network Settings.
- Select TiVo Service Connection.
After following the steps above, wait an hour for the guide to populate with the correct information. If the issue still isn’t resolved, please contact technical support.
