What can I do if an app has disappeared from my TiVo PVR?

If one or more of your apps have disappeared from your TiVo® interface, follow the steps below to reconnect to the TiVo server and then reset your PVR.

Note: The Netflix app is no longer available on TiVo Minis, but should still be available on a TiVo PVR. The steps below will not restore Netflix on non-PVR devices.

  1. Press the TiVo button on the remote to display the TiVo Central menu.
  2. Access Menu.
  3. Access Settings.
  4. Select Network Settings.
  5. Select TiVo Service Connection to perform a callout to the server. This will take a few minutes to complete.
  6. Select TiVo Service Connection again to perform a second callout.

When the second cycle is completed, reset your PVR:

  1. Access TiVo Central.
  2. Select Menu.
  3. Select Help.
  4. Select Restart Box.
  5. Press the Thumbs Down 👎 button 3 times and then press Enter (bottom-right on the remote) to confirm.
