What do I do if I forgot my Parental Control access PIN?

The system allows 5 attempts to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

If after 5 attempts, you cannot access your parental controls, you must wait 30 minutes before retrying to enter your PIN.

If you do not remember your code, please contact our Technical Support team and they will reset your code for you (see Residential or Business contacts).
