To turn your services back on please contact us to speak to a local agent. We’ll need to speak to the account holder or an authorized user on the account.

Good to know:
- This is only necessary if your account is fully disconnected. If it’s been suspended by Collections, you can restore service by making a payment arrangement.
- If you’re unsure, log in to My Account. If you’ve been disconnected, you’ll only see the dashboard and Billing in the menu. If you’re only suspended, you’ll also see Services and other options.
