If you can’t receive calls, here are some things to try:
- Check your signal strength. Look at the top right of your phone’s screen for the signal strength level to ensure your phone is within a coverage zone and has a strong connection.
- Make sure settings such as Airplane Mode, Do Not Disturb and call forwarding are turned off.
- Restart your device (this often resolves temporary network or software issues).
- Verify that your account is in good standing and hasn’t been suspended for any reason.
- Test your SIM card in another phone to help determine whether the issue is with the SIM or with the phone itself.
