What will happen to my scheduled DVR recordings during an outage?

During an outage, any programs you had scheduled to record will not be recorded.

If your cable service is out but you still have power, you’ll still be able to watch previously recorded programs on your DVR.

Good to know: If you’re subscribed to EPICO service, all of your recordings will be on the cloud and will still be recorded even during an outage, but you will need an Internet connection to watch your recordings.
