How do I allow certain senders?

If someone is trying to send you an email but it’s not going through, it’s possible their emails are being blocked by a spam filter. To ensure their messages are always received, you can add them to your Allowed list in Webmail.

To allow certain senders, go to:

  1. Select the Settings button from the top right.

  2. Select the Blocked and Allowed Senders tab.
  3. Under Allowed Senders and Domains, enter the email address or domain you wish to allow, and select the Allow button. This will add it to the list of allowed senders.

  4. Select Save.

Note: In Classic mode, go to Preferences > Filters > Incoming Message Filters and select Add filter. From here you can name your filter and set criteria to allow a sender.
