If someone is trying to send you an email but it’s not going through, it’s possible their emails are being blocked by a spam filter. To ensure their messages are always received, you can add them to your Allowed list in Webmail.
To allow certain senders, go to:
- Select the Settings button from the top right.
- Select the Blocked and Allowed Senders tab.
- Under Allowed Senders and Domains, enter the email address or domain you wish to allow, and select the Allow button. This will add it to the list of allowed senders.
- Select Save.
Note: In Classic mode, go to Preferences > Filters > Incoming Message Filters and select Add filter. From here you can name your filter and set criteria to allow a sender.
