If your bill is overdue and you'd like to make payment arrangements, you can let us know through My Account, or you can reach an agent by chat or over the phone. See below for steps.
Good to know: If your services have been suspended, they’ll be restored once the arrangements are noted on your account. This will also prevent future interruptions.
Making payment arrangements through My Account
You can make payment arrangements directly through My Account by following a few easy steps with on-screen instructions:
- In the My Account app: Select My payment arrangements from the Billing tab.
- In a browser: Select the Payment Arrangements tab from the Billing page.
- Note: You’ll only see these options when your account is overdue.
When making arrangements on My Account, you’ll need to arrange for the full payment but this can be split into multiple payments over the next few weeks. The arrangements will be noted on your account within 30-60 minutes.
Making payment arrangements by chat
To make payment arrangements by chat, just select the chat icon at the bottom of most pages on cogeco.ca. This will start a chat with Sam, Cogeco’s Virtual Assistant. Just ask Sam for a live agent and then ask for billing. One of our billing agents will help you and can transfer you to Credit & Collections if needed.

- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Weekends and holidays: closed
