| Mobile Number Change Fee | Applied when changing your existing mobile phone number. | $30 |
| Transfer of Responsibility Fee | Applied to the new account when an existing account is transferred to another person. | $50 |
| Account Processing Fee | Applied for restoring your service after it was suspended for non-payment. | $60 |
| Late Fee | Applied when your payment is not received by the bill’s due date. | Interest rate of 2.5% per month (34.49% per annum) |
