How do I update my payment method or my credit card details for my pre-authorized payments with Cogeco Mobile?

You can update your payment method or credit card details in 2 ways:

  1. Online with Mobile My Account: Log in to Mobile My Account, select Account from the top menu then select Payment Information. From there, select Edit and simply follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. Over the phone: Call Cogeco Mobile support.

Good to know: You’ll never be asked to share your credit card details with our agents; they’ll transfer your call to our secure automated phone system, where you can enter your payment information yourself.
